Refund policy

At Sahbibaah Studio, every hijab is carefully handcrafted and inspected before dispatch. We want you to love your purchase, but if there's an issue, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, or any signs of use.
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
- One continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish.
Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items cannot be processed without an uninterrupted unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is approved because we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective, Sahbibaah Studio will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
International Orders
We proudly ship internationally.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges imposed by your country are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before they are dispatched, whichever comes first.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
